Position: Part-Time Vocational Counsellor Needed

As a Vocational Counsellor, you will facilitate the employment journey of participants by creating customized vocational plans. You will engage in community outreach, conduct job marketing, and provide ongoing support through coaching and training. Establishing effective relationships with employers and participants is key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage individualized vocational plans

• Coordinate outreach and marketing efforts with employers

• Provide job coaching during participant training

• Conduct assessments and document progress

• Assist with self-employment strategies if applicable

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• 1 year experience with individuals with disabilities

• Strong networking and marketing competencies

• Solid verbal and written communication skills

• First Aid and CPR Level C Certification required
