Family Hub Facilitator

Position: Family Hub Facilitator at KCR Community Resources
KCR Community Resources is looking for a compassionate Family Hub Facilitator for a temporary role. You'll engage with families, create inclusive spaces, and promote healthy development through various activities.

This temporary position involves supporting families and children while working within our Family Services team. You'll need to be proficient in community resource knowledge and possess excellent relationship-building skills. This role plays a vital part in enhancing family well-being and fostering strong community connections among participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan educational and engaging activities for families

• Welcome families and create a supportive, safe environment

• Collaborate on outreach events to reach diverse communities

• Provide assistance in accessing essential community services

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in shared spaces

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Humanities or related field preferred

• 3 years of relevant experience required

• Knowledge of community resources and dynamics

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Standard First Aid with CPR certification is an asset
