Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients' needs through crisis phone calls

• Manage intakes and create individualized safety plans

• Supervise the well-being of program participants

• Document case notes and provide essential reports

• Orient and guide new staff, students, or volunteers

Requirements:

• Diploma in a related field with one year of experience

• Comprehension of domestic abuse situations and responses

• Ability to provide empathetic, feminist-centered support

• Required Criminal Records Check for vulnerable populations

• Intermediate First Aid certification
