You will be foundational in assessing client needs, delivering comprehensive housing navigation support, and providing vital resources to those at risk of losing their homes. Your work will facilitate partnerships with landlords and community organizations to secure stable housing solutions for individuals experiencing homelessness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HPP implementation following program standards

• Perform intake, eligibility checks, and necessary follow-ups

• Administer rent supplements and maintain program records

• Facilitate housing referrals and applications for clients

• Engage with community organizations for client advocacy

Requirements:

• Relevant background in social work or community services

• Experience supporting individuals facing housing issues

• Knowledge of local housing resources and HIFIS

• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities

• Valid driver's license and completion of a criminal background check
