Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute complex software initiatives
• Contribute to advancements in the Apache Kafka platform
• Collaborate directly with customers for their success
• Represent engineering insights in cross-functional meetings
• Provide mentorship to support fellow engineers' growth
Requirements:
• BS, MS, or PhD in computer science or related field
• 4+ years in distributed systems and stream processing
• Strong design and development skills in distributed systems
• Experience in scalable, efficient systems design
• Proficiency in Java, Scala, or comparable languages
