In this dynamic role, you will work under the Manager of Digital Learner Experience. Your primary focus will be on developing conversational AI applications, implementing RPA solutions, and maintaining integrations with various enterprise systems like Ellucian Banner and LMS platforms. This is an opportunity to innovate while collaborating with project coordinators, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to streamline educational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy conversational AI applications

• Build and implement workflow automation solutions

• Develop integrations between AI tools and enterprise platforms

• Train machine learning models for intent recognition

• Create technical documentation and assist in project planning

Requirements:

• University degree in relevant field with 2 years experience

• Experience with AI/ML solutions and workflow automation

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java Script

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS

• Strong understanding of secure coding and data privacy
