In this role, you will take ownership of Martell Media's automation backbone and enhance the infrastructure supporting Dan Martell's coaching initiatives. With at least five years of experience in Python services, you will develop AI features while also ensuring existing systems function seamlessly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the customer lifecycle automation pipeline
• Own daily revenue reporting and AI pipeline services
• Develop production-grade AI features for coaching systems
• Manage Hub Spot operations and API integrations
• Transform team requests into scalable solutions
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Python development experience
• Strong analytical and system thinking skills
• Capable of mentoring teammates in coding
• Experience with AI APIs in production
• Fast learner adaptable to dynamic environments
