What you’ll be doing- Loading and unloading shipments in a high-energy cross-dock environment with forklift.
- Ensuring freight moves safely and efficiently to keep our promises to customers.
- Operating with a 'safety-first' mindset while maintaining a steady pace.

- Safely operate a Sit-Down Counterbalance (SDCB) forklift
- Load and unload freight from trailers
- Properly stage, stack, and secure freight
- Perform dock work including palletizing and freight movement
- Follow all workplace safety standards and procedures
Meet productivity and accuracy expectations
- Valid forklift certification (SDCB required)
- Previous forklift experience is mandatory
- Experience in a warehouse, transportation, or cross-dock setting
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
