Shuttle Driver

Spirit Ridge is currently looking for a Shuttle Driver to join our dynamic, unique and diverse team in part time capacity! We believe in caring for others so they can be their best and our team members from all over the world show that care in what they do every day.

Located on the traditional lands of the Osoyoos Indian Band, in the town of Osoyoos, working at Spirit Ridge Resort is a very unique opportunity to be in the heart of wine country. Our resort Shuttle Driver is responsible for creating an iconic guest experience by providing internal guests (staff) and external guests (hotel customers) with helpful and welcoming transportation service while maintaining a clean, safe, comfortable and inviting vehicle. This position is responsible for assisting in the transportation of employees to and from staff accommodations and on occasion transporting guests to areas in the Okanagan using the hotel’s 14 person shuttle van.

• Driving internal and external guests to the locations designated.
• Maintaining a high level of guest service and ensure rapid and professional response to guest requests.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle at all times.
• Ensure the shuttle is in working order and report accordingly any repairs that are required.
• Assisting in loading luggage or other items in to the back of the shuttle.
• Ensuring the shuttle remains properly fueled.
• Follow all traffic laws to ensure the shuttle is used safely.

• The ability to adhere to safe work practices.
• The ability to understand and communicate with a basic level of English.
• Able bodied and capable of lifting, carrying and pushing heavy loads
• A love for a daily routine
• Friendly and enthusiastic manner, great sense of cooperation and teamwork.
• Class 4 Driver's License Required
• Clear ICBC driving abstract
• Shifts include mornings, evenings and weekends based on business and staffing levels.
