Part-time Independent Contractor Delivery Driver (Kelowna). Are you looking for a flexible part-time position on Sundays and Mondays? Fresh Prep is hiring part-time, motivated, and friendly delivery drivers to join us in the Okanagan. You must have your own vehicle.

• Deliver cooler bags of fresh, prepped ingredients directly to customers’ homes from the warehouse in eastern Kelowna.
• Load orders into your vehicle and follow a pre-planned delivery route with support from a dispatch team during shifts.
• Return collected cooler bags and undelivered orders to the warehouse.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
• A vehicle with valid insurance
• A smartphone with a data plan
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
• A positive, friendly attitude

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Must be able to work under limited supervision
• Must be able to drive on the road for 4-8 hours
• Ability to work independently

• Compensation: an average of $22/hr (or more). Pay is per successful task completed and varies by pace, skill level, and vehicle capacity.
• Typical shift length: 4–6 hours
• Schedule:
  
  Sundays 10am–6pm; some Mondays 10am–4pm (not guaranteed every week)
• Work arrangement:
  Independent Contractor; must use own vehicle and smartphone with data plan
• Payment: weekly via direct deposit
