Step into the role of Shipping Supervisor, managing outbound shipments to ensure operational excellence. Drive accurate order fulfillment and effective dispatch while leading a skilled shipping team.
In this leadership role, you will oversee all shipping operations within a manufacturing facility, processing around 140 shipments weekly. You'll be responsible for managing the shipping staff, planning loads, and enforcing safety standards compliant with DOT and OSHA regulations. Collaborate effectively with the production team to maintain alignment with shipping schedules and resolve any discrepancies in cargo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all outbound shipping operations weekly

• Manage load planning and shipment priorities

• Direct shipping staff and ensure the training of personnel

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance standards

• Collaborate with teams to align output and shipping schedules
Requirements:

• At least 3 years of shipping or warehouse leadership experience

• Knowledge of manufacturing or distribution operations

• Familiarity with freight documentation requirements

• Strong leadership and strategic problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication for team collaboration
