Take charge of workforce coordination with MATRIX as a Travel Logistics Coordinator. Efficiently manage travel logistics for a large-scale operation while living in the beautiful South Okanagan.
This role supports the coordination of charter and commercial travel, enabling seamless operations across remote project sites in Canada. You'll prepare rotation schedules and respond to urgent schedule adjustments, ensuring that field employees are informed and prepared. Collaboration across departments will be essential for maintaining high accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate commercial and charter travel logistics
• Prepare and update workforce schedules regularly
• Manage urgent crew schedule changes effectively
• Ensure accuracy in travel manifests and documentation
• Participate in on-call operational activities as needed
Requirements:
• Background in scheduling, dispatch, or operational administration
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
• Ability to communicate effectively under pressure
• Flexibility to handle weekend or after-hours duties
• Proven ability to remain calm during operational challenges
