Driver

Overview
Mission Hill Family Estate Winery is looking for an authentic, diplomatic, and respectful Security/Driver to support our ongoing needs at Mission Hill and other properties.
The Driver is responsible for the safe and professional transportation of staff and VIP visitors between designated locations, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times. This role supports winery operations through a variety of driving-related activities and may assist with site security to help ensure the safety of personnel, protection of assets, and adherence to IWBC standards.
Driver Responsibilities (90%)
Provide safe, professional transportation for guests, including VIP and executive visitors
Support winery operations and events, including shuttle services, concert support, and parking coordination
Complete deliveries and logistics activities, including wine deliveries, inventory transfers, and supply pickups
Maintain company vehicles, ensuring cleanliness, upkeep, and adherence to maintenance schedules
Coordinate shipments, Wine Club deliveries, and guest drop‑offs
Manage daily schedules, prioritize requests, and complete required administrative tasks
Security Responsibilities (10%)
Assist with property monitoring, patrols, and general site safety
Respond to incidents as required and support emergency procedures
Manage visitor access, check‑ins, and maintain security logs and systems
What you have
2+ years of driving and/or security experience (VIP driving experience preferred)
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Valid BC Driver’s License (Class 4 an asset) with a clean driving record
Clean Criminal Record Check
Basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office)
Works with a strong sense of urgency.

The typical hiring range for this position is $48,000 - $70,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
