Driver Helper Position

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Driver Helper to assist with efficient delivery operations in Kelowna. This interim role offers the chance to earn a Class 1 license through the GFS MELT Program. Successful candidates will be hands-on, ensuring customer satisfaction while building strong relationships with the team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist drivers with timely deliveries of GFS products

• Build courteous customer relationships every day

• Complete delivery check-ins accurately and on time

• Report customer concerns to management or drivers

• Help with paperwork, including register and credits

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 90 lbs and perform physical tasks

• Class 1 learner’s permit required within 3 months

• Strong customer service skills and friendly demeanor

• Background in teamwork and communication

• Commitment to safety and equipment maintenance
