Ramp Supervisor

Position: Ramp Supervisor at GAT Airline Ground Support
Lead ground operations as a Ramp Supervisor with GAT Airline Ground Support in Kelowna, British Columbia. This role ensures safety, efficient service delivery, and adherence to operational standards.

As Ramp Supervisor, you will coordinate ground, line, and cabin service activities. Your responsibilities include establishing shift assignments, monitoring equipment safety, and maintaining client relations. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with other supervisors and manage employee performance in accordance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish shift assignments for ground support employees

• Monitor operational efficiency of ground support equipment

• Report mechanical discrepancies of equipment

• Coordinate service for cargo and baggage for timely departures

• Ensure compliance with all regulations and safety standards

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required

• 6+ months of computer experience

• Previous ramp or airline experience is essential

• Valid Driver's License required

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repetitively
