In this essential role, your attention to detail ensures orders are processed correctly and efficiently. You’ll build valuable problem-solving skills while addressing shipment discrepancies and maintaining a well-organized stockroom.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer orders and documentation
• Load and unload orders with precision
• Match items with their shipping and purchase records
• Sort and properly store incoming products
• Address and resolve shipment issues proactively
Requirements:
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs as required
• Previous experience in the aftermarket parts industry is beneficial
