In this dynamic role with PARC Retirement Living, you are essential in transporting residents safely and assisting with their needs. This position offers flexibility, allowing you to contribute to the vibrant community while making a positive difference. Your focus on resident engagement will be vital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely drive residents to various destinations
• Ensure compliance with traffic regulations while operating the vehicle
• Conduct inspections and address vehicle safety issues
• Help residents with boarding and alighting the vehicle
• Keep track of residents for their safety during trips
Requirements:
• Class 4 unrestricted license and 3 years driving experience
• Clean driving record, eligible for insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent mandatory
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Respectful of seniors’ needs and experiences
