Sports Motorcoach Operator - Kelowna (Full-time, Winter Season Term )
Kelowna, BC | Full-time, Term Winter Season Position

We’re hiring Sports Motorcoach Operators in Kelowna, BC to provide safe, reliable, and comfortable charter transportation for Hockey teams throughout the winter season. This role is ideal for a professional operator who understands the importance of punctuality, care, and outstanding service when transporting athletes, coaches, and team staff to practices, games, tournaments, and events. Preference will be given to full-time drivers with flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and travel during peak winter sports schedules.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be a key member of the company’s front-line team. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, previous experience in the motorcoach industry, and a strong commitment to building trusted relationships with clients. You will support a culture of safety by following company programs and procedures, complying with provincial and federal regulations, and adhering to corporate and client policies.

About You
You take pride in your work and understand that sports team charters require professionalism, flexibility, and dependable service. You are a motivated, safety-oriented professional who enjoys working with repeat clients and creating a positive travel experience for athletes, coaches, and team staff. You demonstrate excellent customer service, communicate clearly, and strive to build trusted relationships with clients through reliability, respect, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Safely transport sports teams, coaches, and staff to practices, games, tournaments, and other winter season events.

Provide excellent customer service and represent TRAXX professionally with every client interaction.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with team contacts, coaches, and client representatives.

Plan for winter road conditions, schedules, routes, parking, loading areas, and venue access.

Assist with loading and unloading passenger luggage, sports equipment, and team gear as required.

Keep clients informed of trip progress and communicate professionally about delays or route changes.

Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and complete required reports, logs, and documentation.

Maintain the motorcoach in a clean, safe, and presentable condition for team travel.

Work various hours and shifts, including holidays, weekends, evenings, and overnight travel when required.

Qualifications & Experience

Class 1 or 2 Commercial Driver’s Licence with air brake endorsement.

Proof of clean driver’s abstract.

1
-3 years commercial driving experience, Motorcoach preferred

Experience transporting sports teams or group charters is considered an asset.

Strong knowledge of safe winter driving practices and motorcoach operations.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
