This role suits individuals who enjoy outdoor work year-round and take pride in serving fellow Canadians. Your responsibilities will include sorting mail at the depot, loading deliveries, and ensuring customers receive their packages promptly. This position requires physical stamina and a valid Class 5 or Class G driver’s license with a safe driving record.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sort and prepare daily mail at the depot
• Load and operate a Canada Post vehicle
• Deliver mail and packages by foot or vehicle
• Unload incoming mail at the depot for later delivery
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 or Class G driver’s license
• Ability to lift items up to 22.7 kg regularly
• Capacity to work in various weather conditions
• Availability for on-call shifts
• Proficiency in English and/or French
