Deliver and collect packages safely for Fed Ex while using route planning and computerized tracking systems. This temporary position lasts up to 12 weeks.
As a Courier Driver, you will represent Federal Express Canada professionally during deliveries and pickups. The work includes package inspection, vehicle operation, customer service, and dispatch-system accuracy. You will also explain service features, maintain shipment paperwork, and support secure handling of company and customer property.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver and pick up packages efficiently and safely
- Inspect packages and report stop counts and missorts
- Load vans and plan efficient delivery routes
- Operate tracking and dispatch systems accurately
- Answer customer questions about shipping services
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- No experience required for this position
- One year of customer service preferred
- Valid required driver's licence for driving duties
- Meet applicable driving record and evaluation requirements
