Serve customers across Kelowna, BC, as a Driver delivering automotive aftermarket parts with accuracy, care, and dependable road compliance. Maintain clear delivery communication daily.
Bumper to Bumper is seeking a customer-focused, energetic self-starter for its Kelowna store. The Driver prepares orders, examines merchandise with customers, manages cores and returns, and reports complaints or delays promptly. Store support duties also form part of the work.
Key Responsibilities:- Examine merchandise condition before and during deliveries
- Have customers sign off on delivered merchandise
- Report complaints and delivery delays to management
- Comply with electronic delivery standards and road regulations
- Assist with stocking shelves and store organization
- Customer-focused approach and energetic self-starter attitude
- Experience in automotive aftermarket parts industry
- Driver's license with a clean driving record
- High interpersonal skills for workplace relationships
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Use customer care, merchandise inspection, and road knowledge to support Bumper to Bumper deliveries and store service in Kelowna.
