Pick & Pack Associate West

We are currently hiring full-time Pick & Pack Associates for both Kelowna and West Kelowna locations, offering competitive hourly rates of $18 – $24 CAD. This role emphasizes accuracy in pulling and prepping products for shipping while using handheld scanners. You will also be required to lift 40–60 lbs as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull finished goods from stock with precision

• Stage orders accurately for logistical routes

• Prepare products for shipping according to order details

• Employ handheld scanners for efficient inventory management

• Collaborate with teammates to optimize workflow

Requirements:

• Exceptional attention to detail for order accuracy

• Able to lift weights of 40–60 lbs comfortably

• Experience with inventory systems is preferred

• Forklift certification advantageous but not required

• Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
