Location: West Kelowna
Lead the operational excellence of 100 acres of vineyards by becoming the Vineyard Foreman. Oversee vineyard health, manage labor, and ensure efficient data tracking on a daily basis.
We are seeking a dedicated Vineyard Foreman responsible for the day-to-day operations of a large vineyard area. This role requires expertise in managing vineyard health, supervising labor teams, and meticulously tracking key operational data. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day vineyard operations for up to 100 acres
• Manage labor teams effectively and efficiently
• Monitor vineyard health and pest management practices
• Track and report key vineyard data and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
• Previous vineyard management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of vineyard health and agricultural practices
• Ability to track and analyze operational data
