The Salvation Army in West Kelowna is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Westbank Thrift Store. You will lead a team of Mission Partners, oversee reclaimation, processing, sorting, pricing and distribution of donated goods, and ensure daily warehouse operations run smoothly.
You will supervise 5–10 staff/volunteers, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with the Store Manager to meet performance targets and budget considerations.
