This position involves active engagement in problem-solving while ensuring customers receive exceptional support. You'll balance physical duties like loading and unloading with critical inventory management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks and customer vehicles

• Maintain knowledge of shipping and receiving processes

• Pick and organize various product types

• Respond to customer inquiries courteously

• Ensure accuracy in inventory reports

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior warehouse experience preferred

• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks

• Strong verbal and written English skills

• Flexibility to work various shifts
