We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team at The Brick as Warehouse Customer Service Representatives. This role involves physical tasks like loading and unloading while ensuring effective communication with customers. You will also maintain accurate inventory as part of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading products and trucks

• Process stock transfers efficiently

• Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries

• Maintain knowledge of stock and safety procedures

• Uphold operational and safety policies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous warehouse experience an asset

• Competence in using lifting equipment

• Proficient communication skills

• Flexibility in shifts including evenings
