Pay & Hours
£15.45 – £15.95 per hour (effective 1 March 2026). 35‑hour contract, various shifts. Additional pay: £2.00 per hour on bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts.

Responsibilities- Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles.
- Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks.
- Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you.
- Manage operations within your store and cover for the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
- Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly.
- Give customers the very best experience every time they visit the store.
- Experience leading a team to achieve targets in a bustling, fast‑paced environment.
- The ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team.
- Patience and a friendly manner with the ability to keep calm in any situation.
