Co-op in Kelso is seeking a Customer Team Leader to guide a small team, manage day-to-day store operations, and ensure excellent service and community engagement. You will lead shifts on the shop floor, work the tills, and support stock control and merchandising while representing the Co-op values.
Flexible weekend availability and late shifts are required; prior leadership in retail is a plus. The role supports local deliveries and community initiatives within the Co-op network.
