The Program Coordinator supports a variety of tasks that connect, inspire, and advance the work of Equal Justice Works. The coordinator also provides administrative and logistical support that keep the programs running smoothly.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Process Management

• Support Senior Manager and Manager in the annual Fellowship application process, including outreach and relationship management with prospective applicants and host organizations, and responding to day-to-day inquiries.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for Fellowship application review cycles, in conjunction with the Sr. Manager of Recruitment/Enrollment.
• Support administration of Fellow onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain all data tracking systems.
• Maintain calendar of activities and events.

Reporting/Deadlines

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry and maintain database records.
• Meet all deadlines in the recruitment/enrollment process.
• Ensure that all communications with applicants and key stakeholders align with EJW’s standards of excellence.
