Job DescriptionPay Range $78,850.00 - $98,575.00

HR Business Partner willbe responsible foraligning businessobjectiveswith Team Members and management in the Pacific Northwest sites in Washington and Oregon. The position serves as a consultant tomanagementhuman resource-related issues; successful HRBP acts as a Team Member champion and change agent. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and Team Members thatreflectthe businessobjectivesof the organization.
EssentialJob Functions
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Consult with supervisors/management,provide HR guidance when appropriate. Work closely with management and Team Membersto improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective and objective investigations.
- Recruit exempt and non-exempt employees to ensurethe best candidates possible are selected. Manage and coordinate Foster Farms, enterprise-wide, college recruiting programs.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related today-to-day management of Team Members, reducing legalrisks,and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions,programs,and policies.
- Provide guidance and input on business unitrestructuring, workforceplanningand succession planning.
- Identifytraining needs for business units and individual coaching needs.
- Additionalprojects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in human resourcesor related fields.
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
- Knowledge of performance management, employee relations, safety practices, talent acquisition, and compensation strategy, with the ability to apply this information in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment law.
- Changeagentswith excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with proven ability to drive continuous improvement and results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office anddemonstratedexperience utilizing HRMS.
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
- Must be able tosubmitand pass a criminal background check and drug test.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must have consistent and reliable attendance.
