Sanitation/Clean Up-Night Shift – Foster Poultry Farms

Pay rates between $19.00–$21.15.
Shift premiums
: $0.50 for hours worked 4pm–midnight and $1.00 for hours worked midnight–8am.
Longevity premium of $0.25 after one year of service.
Attendance Premium of $0.25.

- Sanitation is responsible for cleaning the facility inside and out on a nightly basis, adhering to safety and attendance policies.
- Perform assigned tasks and follow instructions from supervision and/or lead personnel, including safe application of chemicals and high‑pressure hot (140 °F) water to clean and sanitize processing equipment.
- Sanitize assigned plant area(s) on time and in accordance with pre‑operations inspection by quality control and USDA standards, so they are ready for release for production.
- Keep non‑production areas clean and orderly, including breakrooms, bathrooms, smoking areas, parking lot, and other areas as deemed necessary by supervision.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervision and/or lead personnel.
- Make suggestions on how to improve processes.
- Must report regularly and on time, and work all required hours, including overtime and weekends as scheduled.
- Work safely and set an example of good safe‑working habits.
- Ability to obtain and operate a pallet jack safely.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 80 pounds, and of repetitive pushing, pulling, and lifting between 10–80 lbs.
- Ability to stand on concrete or metal surfaces for prolonged periods.
- Must be able to submit and pass a pre‑employment drug test and background check.
