Our partners are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a thriving, fast-paced small animal practice in Kelso, WA. This is an outstanding opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys staying busy, values case variety, and wants to continue developing strong medical and surgical skills in a supportive, well-resourced environment.

This hospital serves as a cornerstone of veterinary care for its community. You’ll see everything from routine wellness and preventative care to complex medical, urgent, and surgical cases, making this an ideal role for a DVM who wants to grow, stay challenged, and be well rewarded for their effort.

The clinic supports a broad demographic base, resulting in an exceptional diversity of cases and clinical experiences. The team is enthusiastic, collaborative, and led by a highly respected Principal Doctor with a long-standing track record of building strong, successful teams.

Outside of work, Kelso offers a unique blend of outdoor adventure and city access, with forests, trails, and wildlife at your doorstep, and easy drives to Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR for dining, culture, and entertainment.

• Busy small animal GP with exotic exposure, primarily avian cases
• Four-doctor practice with licensed technicians and strong technician utilization
• Approximately 2:1 technician-to-DVM ratio, with additional support staff
• High caseload with no downtime and exceptional case variety
• Broad surgical exposure including abdominal surgery, emergency procedures, and advanced dentistry
• High-end ultrasound with trained technicians performing echocardiograms and abdominal studies
• Advanced in-house diagnostics and access to reference laboratories
• Diverse clientele drawn from multiple surrounding communities
• Strong leadership and a culture built around teamwork and clinical excellence

• Licensed or license-eligible DVM in Washington
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment and staying clinically engaged
• Interested in continued development of soft tissue surgery and dentistry
• Comfortable managing a wide spectrum of medical and surgical cases
• Collaborative, team-oriented veterinarian who values strong support staff
