As a Wealth Management Associate in our growing Kenai office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive outstanding service and support. Coldstream is an employee‑owned, independently‑operated firm with a hybrid work environment – in‑office Tuesday through Thursday, remote Monday and Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm minus lunch.

• Exceptional client service: anticipate client needs, address concerns, and resolve issues quickly.
• Primary point of contact with clients and partnership with custodians/investment managers.
• Oversee the gathering of client information and manage data integrity in our CRM.
• Participate in client meetings alongside our Wealth Manager and present ideas and concepts in an organized and effective manner.
• Prepare meeting summaries and create and manage post‑meeting action items.
• Assist the Wealth Manager in creating financial plans.
• Oversee and coordinate the new client onboarding process.
• Serve as a resource/mentor for Client Service Associate: delegate tasks, handle overflow money‑movement requests when the CSA is busy or absent.

• 2+ years of client‑service experience in the wealth‑management industry.
• Bachelor’s degree (finance or related focus preferred).
• Series‑65 license plus FPQP (paraplanner certification) or first CFP module, or willingness to obtain within 12–18 months at Coldstream’s expense.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce CRM, eMoney, or Tamarac portfolio management (or similar systems) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, including correct grammar and punctuation.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow established processes consistently.
• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Excellent reliability.

Base pay typically starts at $70 k–$90 k plus an annual bonus and a generous benefits package. Licensed individuals can also participate in our New Business Incentive program.
