- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including guest services, staff management, financial oversight, and adherence to company policies
- Directly supervise the Guest Services Manager, Warehouse Manager and F&B Manager, supporting their development and performance
- Manage scheduling, training, and inventory for guest service front desk and retail shops
- Respond promptly to guest needs and concerns, ensuring high service standards
- Oversee operational compliance with safety, environmental, and financial policies
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members
- Act as the General Manager in their absence, making operational and leadership decisions as needed
- Lead by example with strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, tourism, or related fields required
- Proven leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory, and scheduling systems preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest service
- Ability to remain flexible, proactive, and positive under pressure
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
