About the Position:
Serves as the Civilian Human Resources Agency (CHRA) G-1 responsible for providing direction, program oversight, and exercising program responsibility for the full range of HR programs and functions for the Executive level Director of the CHRA DRU (a Direct Reporting Unit to HQ DA Sec/Army). This announcement will be used to fill one position at various locations.
Serve as primary advisor to the CHRA Director/Deputy Director for strategic human capital operations, implementation and management of the strategic human capital plan.
