Overview

FIELD SALES AND MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE – Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI). This position drives sales of premier product lines within one of our largest retailer partners and supports brand marketing initiatives.

• Perform best-in-class sales and service to consumers while demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for TTI products.
• Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Maintain regular contact with store associates and management to cultivate strong relationships.
• Monitor weekly sales and analyze monthly results to identify opportunities and understand the competition.
• Participate in the TTI Training Program and apply acquired skills to deliver results.
• Initiate and provide in-store product training sessions and demonstrations to educate store associates, management, and customers.
• Communicate professionally with peers, customers, and management.
• Plan and execute demo events, store walks, trade shows, etc.
• Develop knowledge of the marketplace to analyze market potential and communicate competitor data.
• Maintain store and product aesthetic through merchandising and objective completion.
• Stock product and monitor inventory levels to ensure availability for sales.
• Participate in merchandising resets and installations to update or expand brand presence in stores.
• Sell directly to customers in the retail environment.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor; meet company goals of continual improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience; ability to pass drug screen and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Possess and maintain valid personal vehicle insurance as the primary driver.
• Willingness to travel to/from assigned store locations and to meetings, projects, events, etc.
• Ability to transport a small amount of company property (demo tools, toolkit, supplies).
• Relocation may be required for future promotional opportunities.
• Willingness and ability to work nights and weekends as required; full-time retail environment.
• Physical ability to stand for the duration of shifts; lift up to 50 lbs; reach and climb as needed.
• MS Office proficiency; self-motivated team player with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.

• Salary Non-Exempt position (Overtime Eligible); starting between $24.04 and $25.96/hour (target annual $50,000 - $54,000).
• Sales contests and incentives to earn additional income.
• Vehicle allowance of $400/month; company smartphone.
