Hybrid Senior Bookkeeper

Our client, a well-established Accountancy practice, due to an exciting period of expansion, are currently recruiting an organised, proactive and flexible Senior Bookkeeper to join their friendly and professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied role and enjoys working with multiple clients across different sectors.

Managing day-to-day bookkeeping for a range of clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service delivery. Youll work closely with Accountants and Client Managers to support smooth financial operations and contribute to high-quality client outcomes.

Reporting to the Financial Director, duties to include:

Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

Reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes and bank accounts at the end of each month.

Monitor financial transactions and reports.

Process accounts receivable and payable.

Process checks.

VAT returns.

Monitor and manage sales and purchase ledger.
