Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a new CPS Service Coordinator located in Kendal, England
.
The CPS Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efficient delivery of CPS service operations by coordinating service activities, managing customer requirements, and ensuring effective communication between internal teams, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
Working as part of a collaborative team, this role requires a proactive and organised individual who can manage multiple tasks within a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.
What a typical day looks like- Processing customer and subcontractor orders
- Managing the CPS works calendar & booking service visits
- Report writing and site work analysis
- Ordering parts and consumables as necessary
- Arranging site access for engineers & undertaking briefings
- Managing fault calls and warranty issues
- Updating CPS systems accordingly
- Ensuring any other operational duties are undertaken as and when necessary
- Previous experience in a service coordination, administrative, or operational support role
- Strong team player with a positive and proactive approach
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
- Customer‑focused with a professional and solution‑oriented mindset
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a deadline‑driven environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Experience working within an engineering, manufacturing, or service environment
- Experience of working with service management or scheduling systems
