Purchasing Analyst; Mandarin Speaker

About the Role

Purchasing Analyst will be responsible for overseeing all procurement activities, including raw material management, source research, and supplier relations. This role includes developing procurement strategies, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies, and holding responsibility for KPI of procurement division.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
• Monitor market trends and adjust procurement strategies as needed to capitalize on market opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Work with procurement teams to identify and recruit new suppliers that meet company standards for quality, delivery, and cost.
• Manage procurement budgets and ensure procurement activities are aligned with financial objectives.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality.
• Prepare detailed reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings.
• Identify potential risks in the procurement process and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement function.

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Have experience min. 5 years in the same field
• Strong understanding of procurement process, supplier management and strategic sourcing
• Expert skills in :
  Analytical, Good Communication, Problem Solving, Negotiation, Data Visualization, Documentation and Reporting, Mandarin (Verbal)
• Willing to be placed in Kendal (Central Java)
