Senior Architect; Heritage and Conservation; Lake District

We are recruiting a senior architect with ambition, energy, and a strong background in conservation and heritage. This is a rare chance to step into a key leadership role, with the potential to take a controlling stake in the business and be part of succession planning.

• Conduct condition surveys, statements of significance, and heritage impact assessments.
• Design sensitively within historic contexts.
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the practice.
• Collaborate with directors and associates on varied projects.

• 8–10 years post-Part 3 experience in conservation and heritage.
• Experienced in surveys, statements of significance, and heritage impact assessments.
• Able to design sensitively for historic environments.
• Ambitious, enthusiastic, and ready to take a leadership role.
• Ideally have membership ofAABC (Register of Architects Accredited in Building Conservation) andSPAB (The Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings)
