  • Working pattern:
    Monday to Friday
  • Term weeks: 38 + 1 weeks school closure, minimum paid week 44.600

What You’ll Do
  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support, including for students with additional needs.
  • Help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued.
  • Work closely with staff, parents, and the wider school community to support student progress
What We’re Looking For
  • A passion for supporting young people to achieve their best.
  • Experience working with children or young people (school experience is an advantage).
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • A relevant Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent demonstrable experience)
