What you’ll doYou’ll work alongside the existing advisers, gradually taking responsibility for an established portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients while continuing to develop new relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building trusted, long‑term relationships with private clients and their families.
- Gradually assuming responsibility for an established portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients.
- Delivering high‑quality financial planning across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning.
- Working closely with clients through significant life events and intergenerational wealth transfers.
- Representing Macbeth Scott professionally within the local community and helping develop the firm’s already excellent reputation.
- Working collaboratively with experienced advisers while contributing to the long‑term future of the business.
- Experience working as a Financial Adviser within an independent financial planning firm.
- Level 4 Diploma qualified and CAS status.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills and a genuine passion for looking after clients over the long term.
- Confident communicating with high‑net‑worth individuals, families, and business owners.
- Someone who values professionalism, integrity, and traditional client service.
- A proactive individual who wants to become an important part of a successful and growing business.
