What you will do:

Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after imaging procedures.
Work collaboratively with radiologists and other medical professionals to interpret and report findings.
Maintain accurate records and adhere to all NHS guidelines and protocols.
Provide professional guidance and support to junior staff and trainees.

Key requirements:

You will need to be a qualified Radiographer with current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). At least 2 years of previous NHS MRI experience is required. While it is preferable to have a driving license, it’s not mandatory.
