This role is central to ensuring the sustainability and growth of that work.

The Senior Manager – Retail & Commercial Income will lead the development and delivery of a clear commercial strategy, growing income from existing activity while creating new opportunities through partnerships, contracts and commissioned services.

• Proven expertise in business development, retail, or commercial contract management.
• A track record of delivering growth and building partnerships.
• Experience working within, or alongside, the education, employability, or not‑for‑profit sector.
• A passion for ensuring business success aligns with values, inclusion, and social impact.

Full driving licence and a vehicle for work are required, as is a willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (paid for by Right2

Work). You must be driven by commercial growth and partnerships and be able to deliver results that also generate meaningful social impact.
