As Operational Manager, you will play a central role in coordinating business planning and service development, working alongside divisional leaders, clinical teams, and a wide range of partners. You will be a visible and approachable leader, supporting your teams to grow and thrive, and making sure everyone has the tools and support they need to deliver outstanding care. You will help shape our annual plans, manage resources, and champion new ways of working.
Whether it is analysing performance, managing budgets, or representing your service at key meetings, you will be trusted to make a difference every day.
