The Role This is a varied role combining planned maintenance, reactive support, and continuous improvement initiatives .

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering and managing a robust planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme Diagnosing and resolving equipment breakdowns quickly and effectively Supporting the installation, commissioning, and optimisation of new equipment and processes Using machine data and performance metrics to identify trends and drive improvements Managing critical spare parts inventory to minimise downtime Coordinating and overseeing external contractors and service providers Implementing upgrades and modifications to improve equipment performance and efficiency Youll play a critical part in ensuring production runs smoothly while also contributing to the evolution of the manufacturing capability.

What Were Looking For Engineering qualification or strong hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment Strong fault-finding and diagnostics across: PLC-controlled equipment Electrical and mechanical systems Pneumatics and hydraulics Experience working with Permits to Work and RAMS A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Why Apply?
