Kentmere | £15.83 per hour | Temp to Perm
Our client, a leading manufacturer of nonwoven materials and engineered papers, is looking for reliable Shift Production Operatives to join their production team.
The Role
You will be responsible for operating production machinery, carrying out quality checks, supporting production activities, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
Complete quality checks and production records.
Follow standard operating procedures.
Maintain housekeeping standards.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and support shift handovers.
Comply with all health & safety and company policies.
Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
Undertake training across production processes and machinery.
What We're Looking For
Previous manufacturing or production experience.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
Shift Pattern
Week 1: 4 day shifts (7am - 7pm)
Week 2: 3 night shifts (7pm - 7am)
No weekend work is currently required, although this may change to meet business needs.
Benefits
£15.83 per hour
42-hour average working week
