As a Store Manager in your local store, you’ll bring your product knowledge, passion for customer service and leadership skills together to drive performance and create an outstanding experience for every customer. You’ll still be hands-on and enjoy being out on the shop floor, helping customers discover the right products for their perfect night’s sleep. But you’ll also play a key role in leading, coaching and inspiring your team of Consultants to achieve their goals.

You’ll lead from the front, getting stuck in with your team to maintain high standards, keep the store looking its best and create the best possible shopping and sleeping experience for our customers.
