Join our exciting brand new Geely franchise in Kendal. We are now hiring a Sales Team Leader and Sales Executives.

We are looking for ambitious, customer-focused professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and outstanding results.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to lead, inspire and develop our sales team. With a proven track record in automotive sales, we need someone who has:

• The drive to support successful launch and ongoing growth of the dealership
• The ability to deliver the highest level of customer experience
• An understanding of performance in people and the ability to lead and motivate the sales team
• Strong F and I skills and knowledge
• A results-driven attitude
• The foresight to maximise opportunities with existing and new customers
• The ability to handle sales negotiations competently
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Whether you are an experienced automotive sales person or have a proven track record in retail or customer-facing sales, we would love to hear from you. You will need to :

• Help our customers find the right vehicle to suit their needs
• Build lasting customer relationships
• Achieve sales and finance targets
• Deliver outstanding customer service from enquiry to handover.

A full driving licence is essential for these positions.
