Roadside Technician – Kendal

Salary: £35,000 base + bonus + overtime at £25.24 per hour, company van, fuel card, and tools provided. OTE 60k+ (top performers earning a lot more!).

Hours:

Between 6am – 10pm, flexible shifts based on a 40‑hour week. Rotas given in advance.

• Work closely with the breakdown team, attend breakdowns to diagnose issues, and work on vehicles to get them back on the road or send them to the workshop if necessary
• Identify problems and advise customers on the vehicle’s issues
• Vehicle servicing and general maintenance, including electrical diagnostics and vehicle diagnostics
• Be the face of the business – deliver exceptional customer service

• Minimum NVQ, IMI, or City and Guilds Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (accept HGV/PSV maintenance & repair Level 2 and Mechanical Engineering Level 2)
• Full UK driving licence
